REFUND POLICY

Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Proof (such as photos) may be required for approval before initiating a return.

    Conditions:

    • Refund only after return is received and inspected.

    • Non-refundable: donations, gift cards, sale items, downloadable software, and health/personal care items.

    • Handling & processing fees apply to all returns. These will be deducted from the refund amount.

    • Items that are damaged, worn, or beyond the 30-day return window are not eligible.

    If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
